Our Mission:
The Georgia Life & Health Insurance Guaranty Association (GLHIGA) protects Georgia policyholders and beneficiaries by providing a safety net when a licensed life or health insurance company becomes insolvent. Through efficient administration, responsible stewardship of resources, and clear communication, GLHIGA helps ensure eligible covered claims and benefits are paid in accordance with Georgia law while educating consumers about the protections available to them.
